We collaborated with 5PCA. for the new Koç Performance System launch campaign. The new system allow workers to have much more control over their personal and corporate targets. This change was requested by low-level workers to top level managers for some time. So, to let people know the new system was their success, we decided to announce it in a propaganda/street style manner – which resonated strongly with both white and blue collar workers.
